HomeCheckr snagging inspections provide you with an independent photographic report detailing the issues with your new build.

Our qualified surveyors will perform a full home inspection including the interior and exterior plus grounds of your new property. Upon completion we provide a detailed photographic and annotated report highlighting the areas of concern. This can then be presented to your builder or developer for rectification. We also offer at a reduced rate a “de snag” service where we can ensure all the works have been carried out.
